Pilates, Barre, Pre/Post - natal Pilates, Reformer
I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.I have practiced Rhythmic Gymnastics on a national competition level and ballet since early childhood. Followed by aerobics in the 90`s and joined a volleyball team for a short time for fun.

Pilates got my attention after I gave birth to my son and I`ve tried to restore my body`s original state but in a healthy way, considering my joints and my overall health.Since then I `stuck` with Pilates. It`s effectiveness and overall benefits are obvious: increased muscle tone, improved posture,flexibility,helps stress management and relaxation.
